Deleting Deliverables and Collabs

You set up a Collab and realized it’s not going to happen, bummer! No sweat though, deleting a Collab and all associated deliverables is a breeze. In this Brkaway Brkdown we’ll cover how to delete Collabs and Deliverables to keep your Brkaway account nice and clean!

Deleting and Restoring Collabs

If you created the Collab, you can delete it by clicking the three dots found in the Collab header and selecting “Move to Trash”. Once deleted, a few things will happen:

1. The Collab will be moved to your Trash bin. 
2. All Deliverables associated with the Collab will be removed from your Dashboard, Content Board, and Calendar. 
3. Anyone you shared the Collab or any of the associated Deliverables with will be notified and will lose access.

If it turns out you want to restore the Collab, simply head to your Trash Bin and click Restore next to the Collab. Once restored:

1. The Collab and all associated Deliverables will be merged back into your Brkaway account in their previous state. 
2. Anyone who had access to the Collab or any associated Deliverable will be notified and will have access once again.

‍Deleting and Restoring Deliverables

Individual Deliverables can also be deleted and restored.

Deliverables can be deleted from two places:

1. On the Collab page simply click the 3 dots found on the Deliverable Card and select Move to Trash.
2. On the Deliverable page click the 3 dots found at the top of the page and select Move to Trash.

Like Collabs, Deliverables can be restored by navigating to your Trash and clicking restore next to the Deliverable.

Accessing the Trash Bin:

The Trash can be found by clicking on your profile photo on the top right off Brkaway. Here you’ll find Trash along with Settings and the Log out buttons.
