How to Share a Collab

Enough with sharing Google Folders—let's dive into the future of collaboration with Collabs on Brkaway! In this Brkaway Brkdown, we'll guide you through the effortless process of sharing Collabs with anyone you choose.

When you’re comfortable with how your Collab is set up you can go ahead and Share the Collab by clicking the Share button. Once clicked you’ll be asked to select how you’d like to share the Collab and who you would like to share it with. 

Adding Reviewers

• If you opt to add reviewers, enter their emails and include an optional message.
• As you craft your optional message you’ll be able to preview the email that Brkaway will send to your reviewers.
• Click "Share" to send the email; reviewers gain Collab access via the button in the email.

Generate a Public Access Link

‍If you’d prefer to send a link directly to your reviewers and not use the provided Brkaway email simply:

• Select "Use shareable link" to generate your access link.
• Copy the link and share it with anyone you desire.
• Those who access the link gain instant Collab access, similar to sharing a Google Doc link

Important Note

Regardless of your sharing method, reviewers are not required to sign up for Brkaway. By sharing the Collab, they can seamlessly collaborate with you through the platform without creating a Brkaway account!

It's worth mentioning that whoever you grant Collab access to will also have access to all Deliverables you’ve added to the Collab.
