When your schedule gets interrupted, updating Due Dates on Brkaway is a breeze! Simply head to the Deliverable you’d like to update and:
All changes are logged in the comments section so you and your Reviewers know changes have been made.
If you need to adjust Stages because a Reviewer hasn’t got back to you or they approved a Deliverable offline, click the “Set as current stage” button next to the Stage you want to move the Deliverable to. This will automatically move the Deliverable to that Stage so you can work on it.
When moving Stages, there are a couple important things to consider:
If you are working on a Deliverable that is owned by a Brand, you will not be able to edit Due Dates. You can, however, propose new Due Dates. To do this, head to the Deliverable and:
The brand will be notified and prompted to approve or deny your request. Once either action occurs, you will receive a notification and the changes will be logged in the Comments.
