Using Brkaway’s suite of invoice tools, you’re able to effortlessly create and send invoices, track payments, and monitor your earnings—all in one convenient place.
Before creating your first invoice you’ll be prompted to enter your Business Currency.
Your Business Currency is solely for reporting and typically set to the country you submit taxes in. All your invoices are converted back to your Business Currency on your dashboard to make your end-of-year reporting much easier.
Your Business Currency does not impact your ability to issue invoices in other currencies. You'll still be free to issue invoices in any currency you like.
On the right side of your invoicing dashboard you will see the Business Info section. Here you can add your name, business email, business address, tax number, and an option logo/photo.
This information will be present in all your invoices to ensure your clients have all the business information they need when processing your invoices.
On your invoicing dashboard, you’ll see two main sections, Invoice Stats and All Invoices. Below we’ll break out these two sections.
Under Invoice Stats, you’ll find all your crucial financial figures for the time period you select. The default time period will be “All Time” and you can adjust time frames to get different snapshots of your financial performance. The stats are always displayed in your business currency and include:
You can choose to show the invoice Stats with or without Tax by toggling the Inc. Tax button. By default, you will see stats with Tax included.
In the All Invoices Section, you’ll find a comprehensive list of all the invoices created during the time period you select. By clicking an invoice in this list you’ll be taken to the invoice page directly
Beside all unpaid invoices in the All Invoices section you’ll see a “Mark as Paid” button. Once you receive payment for that invoice simply click that button to close the invoice off.
If you accidentally mark an invoice as paid, you can always open it back up by clicking the More Action button and selecting “Mark as Unpaid”.
Pro Tip: The invoice list prioritizes unpaid invoices. So once you mark an invoice as paid, you’ll see it move closer to the bottom of your all invoices list.
That’s it! Efficiently manage your finances with the Brkaway Invoicing Dashboard, designed to simplify the invoicing process and provide a comprehensive overview of your earnings
