Introduce yourself!
Hey, I'm Bianca! A stay-at-home mom to 2 sweet boys and a UGC creator who loves to create content for brands. Before becoming a UGC creator, I was actually set on becoming a Veterinarian. But after having my oldest, I decided to take a break from school and knew it was best to stay at home with the kids. During my break, I found UGC and never looked back. It was everything I was looking for in a career and it allowed me to work from home, let out my creativity, and have fun!
Why did you become a creator?
It was always a dream of mine to find a career that allowed me to stay home and still be present with my kids. Starting UGC has allowed me to have a creative outlet while also being able to provide for my family financially. I am also able to have a flexible work schedule and travel at any given time. I am truly grateful for UGC and couldn't imagine doing anything else.
What is your favourite part about being a creator?
Working with dream brands and having a flexible work schedule! Being able to create content for brands I have genuinely loved and used for years is just so surreal to me. If you would've told me a year ago that this is what I would be doing as my job... I would not have believed you. A lot the opportunities presented to me so far have definitely been pinch me moments!
What does a typical content day look like for you?
As a mom and part time content creator, no day is the same for sure. I typically like to break my days up between concepting, filming, and editing days. Now that both kids are in preschool, I have some time during the days they're school to get the majority of work done, which has helped out a ton.
Do you have any advice/pointers for new creators?
Don't give up!! I know this space can be so discouraging at times, but stick to it. There are are many ups and downs with being a content creator but once you find your groove, you'll be so grateful you didn't give up. So many great opportunities will come to you soon!
