Deleting Collabs and Deliverables

You set up a Collab and realized it’s not going to happen – bummer! No sweat though. Deleting a Collab and all the associated Deliverables is a breeze! In this Brkaway Brkdown we’ll share how to delete Collabs and Deliverables to keep your Brkaway account nice and tidy.

Deleting and Restoring Collabs

If you created the Collab, you can delete it by clicking “Move to Trash”. When deleted, a few things will happen:

1. The Collab will be moved to your Trash. 
2. All Deliverables associated with the Collab will be removed from your Dashboard, Content Board, and Calendar. 
3. The creator working on the Collab will be notified of the deletion and will lose access.

If it turns out you want to restore the Collab, simply head to your Trash, click the 3 dots next to the Collab, and select “Restore”. Once restored:

1. The Collab and all its associated Deliverables will be merged back into your Brkaway account in their previous state. 
2. The creator who had previously had access to the Collab will be notified and will gain access again.

Deleting and Restoring Deliverables

Individual Deliverables can also be deleted and restored but only if you created the Collab they are associated with.

Deliverables can be deleted from two places:

1. On the Collab page simply click the 3 dots found on the Deliverable Card and select Move to Trash.
2. On the Deliverable page click the More Actions button found at the top of the page and select Move to Trash.

Like Collabs, Deliverables can be restored by navigating to your Trash and clicking restore next to the Deliverable.
